Return Policy for Resellers
Openland Tactical S.r.l. accepts return requests exclusively from authorized resellers. Returns from private customers are not permitted.
1. Return Procedure
To initiate a return request, please follow these steps:
Request prior authorization by sending an email to info@openlandtactical.com with the following information:
• Order number and date;
• Product code and description;
• Detailed reason for the return (e.g., defect, order error, etc.).
• If necessary, attach photographs of the product to document any defects or discrepancies.
• Carefully pack the product, using the original packaging or an adequate alternative to prevent damage during shipping.
• Include a return note summarizing the details of the request (a form provided by our team can be used).
2. Types of Returns
Returns are accepted for the following reasons:
• Defective or non-compliant product: We accept returns for defective or non-compliant merchandise. After verifying the product,we will either replace it or issue a refund, at our discretion.
• Order error: If the product received does not match the ordered item (e.g., incorrect item, wrong color), we will replace the product or issue a refund.
Note: Returns are not accepted for discretionary reasons or delivery delays.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed immediately once the returned goods are verified. The refund will be made through the original payment method and will be equal to the value of the returned product.
